Job Position: Production Field Advisor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description:
- To manage, plan and coordinate activities of the offshore production.
- Responsible for ensuring HSE standards of the company are rigorously
- implemented.
- Execute recommendations from corporate HSE Manage.
- To ensure hat company production targets are met and export quality crude is produced on
- the FPSO.
- To assist in the integration of new wells and facilities into the existing
- infrastructure.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- To manage, plan and coordinate activities of the offshore production.
- To ensure that company production targets are met and export quality crude is produced on the FPSO.
- Responsible for the supervision of contract staff to ensure maximum production from the company assets.
- Identify and put in place training needs for all staff within the department and ensure HSE awareness is enhanced and updated on a regular basis.
- To transfer experience and knowledge to those staff designated to replace the incumbent. This to be done on the job with due diligence to efficient operation of the facilities.
- To assist in the integration of new wells and facilities into the existing infrastructure.
- Execute recommendations from corporate HSE Manager.
- Ensure the corporate HSE policies and practices are maintained at all times in operational activities.
- To produce export specification crude in line with the company forecasts
- To manage the contractor and company operational interfaces to ensure that the normal company contractor relationship is developed.
- Responsible for the supervision of contract staff to ensure company procedures relating to production and maintenance are carried out efficiently.
- Generate ideas for optimization facility or well performance, maximize oil recovery and reduce cost while supporting company safety objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 12 years experience.
