A leading educational Institution in Lagos is requesting the professional service of qualified individuals in the following positions :

1.) Principal Nigerian/Expatriate

Responsibility:

  • The successful candidate will operate and maintain a high standard in School management and Administration.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Education
  • A masters' degree in Administration or Education would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification experience as a Principal of a reputable School.
  • Sound people management skill and diplomacy


2.)  Head Teachers

Qualifications:

  • A degree in education
  • Minimum of seven years post NYSCexperience in a reputable primary school
  • A masters degree in Education or any related field would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and leadership qualities evidenced from previous workplace

3.) Inspector Of Education

Responsibility:

  • Candidate is expected to uphold and maintain the approved standards set up by the Federal Ministry of Education
  • Ensure unreserved compliance by teachers

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a degree in Education
  • Minimum of 10 yearsexperience in a similar role.

4.) Faculty Manager

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for general administration and facility management.
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to aid the day to day running of all facilities in place.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • An extra certification in General Admin or Facility management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 6 years work experience in the capacity of an Admin executive, Admin supervisor or Facility manager.

5.) Business Development Manager

Respopnsibility:

  • Build market position by locating, developing, negotiating and closing business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Prospecting Skills: locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to develop negotiatingstrategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with organizational operations.
  • Sound market knowledge and understanding of the various strategies to ensure territory management.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

6.) Public Relations Officer

Responsibility:

  • Engage all forms of media and communication to build maintain and manage the reputation of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Not lower than a second class lower '2.2' grade in Mass Communication, International relations or any related field.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills to aid the establishment and maintenance of goodwill between the Organisation and the public
  • Must be organized and able to conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of all stakeholders.

7.) Music Director

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of music and must be a certified member of the MUSON School of music or any other music examining body recognized by the MUSON School.
  • A Bachelor degree in Music with ability to impart Knowlege to students
  • A class of degree not below a second lower 2:2 grade

8.) Teachers

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the course and be able to effectively impact  knowledge. Such disciplines include Montessori teachers for primary school, Experts in Mathematics, English language, Chemistry, Biology Physics, Accounting, Music e.t.c
  • A minimum of a second class lower grade '2.2' in any  of  the disciplines stated above
  • A minimum of three years Post-NYSCexperience as a teacher
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

9.) Transport Manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Able to plan, direct and co- ordinate the transport operations within the organization to achieve a smooth provision of transportation services.
  • Not lower than a second class lower grade in Administration or any of the Engineering courses
  • A minimum of two years post NYSC experience in the capacity of a Supervisor or Manager
  • Planning and Organising skills: Ability to plan and organize thework of all staff of the department in a manner consistent with the key requirements
  • Problem solving skills and ability to effectively drive investigations to resolve customer complaints


10.) Nurse

Qualifications:

  • A licensed registered nurse and must have the equivalent of at least one year of full time employment as a registered nurse within the last five years.
  • A certificate of Nursing from the University or any Government accredited Nursing Schools
  • Ability to provide sound nursing care ; assess students and implement first aid treatments when necessary
  • Ability to interact with and counsel students with ease.
  • Professional competence on all primary health related issues

11.)  Security Supervisor

Responsibility:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by scheduling and completing security assignments

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice as a security expert with an evidence of the relevant certificate obtained
  • A Bsc/HND qualification
  • Minimum of four years experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to enforce vehicular traffic control within and outside the premises.

 

12.) Sales Manager

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for achieving the sales target and eventually generating revenue to the organization.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of a second class lower grade '2.2' in marketing or any Administration courses
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in brand/marketing
  • A good understanding of brand promotion through effective planning, budgeting and implementation
  • Ability to devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to map out potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  • Relationship Management skill
  • Ability to maintain andcontinuously improve relationship with clients a good ability to impart


13.) Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer

Responsibility:

  • Provide sound customer relations management develop and implement capacity building plans for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management or any other related field.
  • A class of degree not beloW a second class upper  2.1 grade.
  • A verifiable post- experience of not less than five- years as a front desk supervisor Good interpersonal and communication skills, clarity in expression and detailed.
  • Must possess IT skill


14.) Marketers

Responsibility:

  • Maximizing unexplored potentialities in the organisation's line of business

Qualifications:

  • A BSc in Marketing or any related field
  • Minimum of three years experience as a marketer, sales manager e.t.c
  • Must be creative and innovative with the ability to close deals
  • Ability to work within and outside Lagos
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills


15.)  Confidential Secretary

Qualifications:

  • Display a high level of professionalism and competence as well as confidentiality of all correspondences handled in the daily discharge of his/her duties.
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management or any other related field.
  • A class of degree not below a second class upper 2.1 grade.
  • A verifiable post- experience of not less than three years as a company secretary.

16.) House Parents

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the ability to nurture each student entrusted to their care in line with the organizational policy.
  • Minimum of a Bsc/HND degree in any field
  • Ability to understand the thoughts, feelings and concerns of the students under his/her custody.
  • Ability to provide opportunities for students to develop personal maturity through appropriate responsibilities
  • Sound understanding of confidentiality of sensitive information and materials .


17.) Security Officials

Responsibility:

  • Ensure the general protection of the organization's corporate security goals and policy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of O'Levels and a security training certificate
  • Ability to display sound judgement in compliance with organizational goals
  • Mental and physical alertness and energy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills


18.) Graphic / Creative Artist

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Fine Arts with sound knowledge of CorelDraw, Photoshop and other related computer applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position.
  • Not more than 35 years old.
  • Professional certificate in graphic design.
