Job Location: Lagos
a.) Chief Finance Officer
Required Qualifications and Compitencies:
- First Degree in a numerate field and must be a chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Minimum of 15 years working experience 12 of which must be in audit or accounting
- Working knowledge of all accounting disciplines
- Strategic Perspective
- Business & Finance acumen
- Cost optimisation skill
- Relationships and team building skills
- Effective budgeting skills
- Financial Analysis and interpretation skills
- Investment and strategy management
- Performance/people management
- Knowledge of enterprise or other account softwares
b.) Chief Auditor
Required Qualifications and Compitencies
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking/Finance or other relevant field plus Professional qualification (ACA, ACIB etc.)
- Minimum of 15 years working experience 8 to 10 of which must be in internal control and audit
- Thorough in approach and attention to details
- Detailed Audit/Accounting practice
- Inquisitive and strong analytical skills
- Ability to engage senior management
- Professional flexibility
- Strong communications skills
- Strong Knowledge of enterprise or other account softwares
c.) Finance Controller
Required Qualifications and Compitencies
- A first degree, ACCA/ACA plus an MBA
- Minimum of 8 years accounting experience in a large or medium organistaion. Media industry experience is a plus
- Excellent financial analysis/interpretation
- Working knowledge of all accounting disciplines
- Good strategic planning and management skills
- Environmental/industry analysis
- Strong interpersonal relations and leadership skills
- Strong Knowledge of enterprise or other account softwares
d.) Management Accountant
Required Qualifications and Compitencies
- A first degree preferably in Accounting, MBA plus ACCA/ACA
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years Accounting experience
- Strong Knowledge of enterprise or other account softwares
- Error free financial/book keeping
- Cost optimization
- Tax/Financial management
- Relationship/People management
e.) Treasury Manager
Required Qualifications and Compitencies
- A first degree preferably in Accounting, MBA plus ACCA/AC.
- Certification in Treasury Mgt is key
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years treasury/cash management experience
- Interrogatory skills
- Cost optimization and negotiation skills
- Professional/Interpersonal relationship
- Fraud detection & control Accounting skills
- Comprehensive Treasury skills
- Investment analyst
