We are recruiting to fill the following position:

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a nation-wide plan to grow the number of accredited universities which provide quality tuition
- Increase the number of the certification’s exemptions within selected Universities in key states in Nigeria , support them in the accreditation process and, by definition, recruitment of students.
- Increase the number of Colleges with FIA embedded programs and, by definition, increase the number of A Level students for the FiA programme
- Secure at least one CBE centre in key states
- Assume ownership for all key University relationships in Nigeria with the target of growing the number of local students and graduates progressing through the qualification. Build awareness of the certification’s brand and value proposition within this key stakeholder group
- Improve quality tuition at the accredited universities focussing on actively engaging professors to attend “train the trainers” initiatives
- Negotiate marketing activities and plans and incorporate the organisation’s promotional ideas into university and Learning provider plans
- Work with chosen employers to offer internships for the organisation’s programs graduates
- Work with the media to ensure the organisation’s accreditation is taken into consideration in education rankings
- Promote the certification at the job fairs and other events and workshops at major universities. Put in place improved channels of communication between the ACCA Learning Directorate and key Universities and other relevant stake-holders ALPs
- Develop network of ALPs in Nigeria and ensure that outstanding service and support is given to ALPs
- Provide ALPs with information on changes or updates to administration processes related to the organisation’s qualifications
- Co-operate closely with ALPs on the organisation’s qualifications promotion. Participate at ALPs presentations for students
- Monitor ALPs performance in order to ensure the highest standards of tuition
- Provide a key point of communication and dialogue with ALPs for the introduction of e-Assessment.
Requirements
- Be a qualified accountant, or equivalent, and have substantial relevant work experience in development, promotion and delivery of accountancy training.
- Work experience: 15 years
- Highest qualification: Master's Degree
