Primus Preston Recruitment - Our client a leading and reputable Health Logistics Company. The company has its headquarters in Abuja and provides Supply Chain Management services to several International Organizations operating in Nigeria.
We are seeking to employ suitably qualified, diligent professionals for the following position:
Job Title: Project Officer - Training/Capacity Building
Job Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- The position holder will assist the training manager to identify training needs of staff of Clients and develop training programs to respond to such needs.
- Assist in the development and adaptation of tools, training curriculum
- Support the development of annual training plans for organizations Clients
- Prepare accurate periodic reports with on training and capacity building activities for all project sites and maintain an up to date database for persons trained
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in the Social Sciences or related field
- 3 years of relevant training management work experience
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal (English)
- Great presentation skills and experience
- Must have organizational and strong computer skills including database management e.g. Access
- Strong organizational and computer skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheet, computerized stock management systems and Microsoft Office suite including internet/ Emails with strong capabilities in Project and Access
- Extensive travel will be involved
