Fosad Consulting Limited - Our client, a Mortgage Banking Institution located in Abuja requires the services of a Human Resource/Admin Manager.

Job Title: Human Resource/Admin Manager

Job Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Reporting Relationship
The candidate reports directly to the MD/CEO

Job Description
The candidate is responsible for the daily Human Resource/Admin. functions of the bank. This includes Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Payroll Management and Employee Relations.

Qualification and Requirements

  • At least 7 years HR experience with a knowledge of all fields of HR.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws and policies is essential.
  • At least a 2.2 in science or social science CIPM certification will be an advantage Strong general management and people skills Skills in the usage of Microsoft Office packages
