Job Position: Female Office Manager

Job Description

  • Organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
  • Office equipment maintenance, updating records and filing.
  • Balancing office budgets
  • Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Manage relationships with clients and service providers including price negotiations and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors

Basic Skills:

  • Presentation skills
  • Oral and written communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Relevant first degree
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
