POSITION : Sales Manager
Description
- Achieve the sales collection targets and the company's budget through the sales team members;
- Develop policies, standards operating procedures and other guidelines for smooth running of the business;
- Plan for and ensure product availability and visibility to meet corporate turnover with the objective of becoming a dominant player in the market;
- Monitor business environments on changes likely to affect sales positively or otherwise for appropriate action;
- Prepare and submit weekly sales flash/report, monthly sales report as well as reports for board meetings;
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analysing trends and results;
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
- Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plan.
- Create and sustain performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders).
Requirements
- 15 years of sales experience in the tobacco industry.
- Degree in relevant discipline.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
Remuneration
8.5m/annum.
