POSITION : Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns that effectively demonstrate product value, functionality, programs/pricing, company background, and effective sales methodologies.
- Plan & execute campaign or launch programs and evaluate execution to determine ROI and identify improvements.
- Create brand awareness using social media accounts (ensure product pictures are watermarked) and post them on facebook, twitter, pinterest and instagram, according to the products being pushed for the month.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Requirements
- 1 year Sales or Marketing experience is required.
- Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- Smart appearance is very important.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English, presentation skills, client relationships, high energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, passion for sales, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, excellent knowledge of MS office.
