Stransford Company is recruiting to fill the position below:
POSITION : Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a systematic/annual employee performance evaluation program
- Conduct local staff recruitment/orientation for new employees
- Response to employment verifications requests
- Identify HR issues and provide necessary support as requires
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- A degree in HR related field such as Business Administration or any Social Science
- 2 years experience as a HR Generalist
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and work independently
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
