Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Employer Branding, People Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership & Employee Development, Compensation Planning etc.
Participate in HR cross-business initiatives to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Be the contact for all divisional communications
Implement sales campaigns
Participate in project management for fairs and other events
Manage internal communication with the employees and internal company flyer/magazine
Develop digital tools through agencies and use of social media to reach customers
Ensure understanding and adherence to all relevant sustainability goals including high quality reporting and continuous improvements.
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive business strategy and change management
Expectations
A university degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences
At least 5 years working experience in an international organisation
Team player - ability to work with and through others
