POSITION : High End Account Representative
Description
The key purpose of the High End Account Representative is to challenge the beer market by implementing a consumer driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

- Maximize sales volume and market share:
- Implement National / Regional campaigns in relation to the segment channel management process
- Achieve pre-determined sales / brands and market share targets
- Influence liquor retail pricing within segments
- Maintain stock levels within segments
- Service outlets:
- Develop sound business relationships
- Maintain customer call rate as per ABInBev tailored service packages sector.
- Provide merchandising support by means of BTL placements and cold category solutions
- Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries
- Manage product quality in relation to ABInBev quality standards
- Manage sales administration
- Determine pre-call planning objectives
Requirements
- A Degree and ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar FMCG Company, with an exceptional performance track record
- Ability to influence customers and consumers
- Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role
- Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people
- Ability to manage self and territory
- Persuasiveness and selling ability
- Good understanding of premium execution and be able to differentiate between mainstream execution and premium execution
- Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers
- Strong achievement orientation and never satisfied with results.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to have commercial conversations on High End Brands with Customers
- Ability to influence customers and consumers
- Proven verbal ability and communication skills in current role
