We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description/Responsibilities
it’s not limited to the following;

  • Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company’s market share
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Organize training programs
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Develop, analyze and update the company’s training program
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and also recommending changes
  • Act as an advisor to the MD on Human Resource matters
  • Achieve and maintain an enabling work environment and organizational excellence
  • Other activities to ensure effective running of the human resource department
  • Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
  • Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/Experiences

  • HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Management or other related discipline. Masters degree is an added advantage.
  • Professional qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 1 to 2 years Human Resource OR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
  • Proven experience in human resource/Training capacity will be an advantage.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
  • Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team
  • Strong Business Acumen
