Job Title: Human Resource Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities
it’s not limited to the following;
- Will be responsible for acquiring profitable new business and retaining existing accounts in order to increase the Company’s market share
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Organize training programs
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Develop, analyze and update the company’s training program
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews and also recommending changes
- Act as an advisor to the MD on Human Resource matters
- Achieve and maintain an enabling work environment and organizational excellence
- Other activities to ensure effective running of the human resource department
- Represent the company at various meetings and presentation
- Providing expertise and demonstrating deep understanding in HR and business development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification/Experiences
- HND/B.Sc in Social Science, Management or other related discipline. Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Professional qualification will be an advantage
- At least 1 to 2 years Human Resource OR business development experience in a Human Resource Consulting company, training company or other service/product company
- Proven experience in human resource/Training capacity will be an advantage.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Proven expertise as a business development manager is a plus
- Ability to work, coordinate and manage a team
- Strong Business Acumen
