The Spiritan University Nneochi (SUN), owned by the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (Spiritans), Province of Nigeria South East. The Congregation is an International Religious Order in the Catholic Church founded in France on May 27, 1703. The University was approved by Federal Executive Council of Nigeria on the 6th of December 2017 and issued with a licence to operate as a Private University on the 19th of December 2017.

Requirements
- A good 2nd Class Lower Division and M.Sc. degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
- Membership of professional bodies and a minimum of 3 years practical site project experiences would be an added advantage.
POSITION: Quantity Surveyor

Requirements
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying not lower than Second Class Lower Division from a recognised University.

- A Degree in Nursing not lower than Second Class Lower Division from a recognised University.
- Such applicants must be registered members of the Nurses and Mid-wifery Council of Nigeria and have a minimum of 10 years’ working experience.
