We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Manager 

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Level: Manager (Staff Supervisor/Head of Department)

Job Description

  • We need an experienced Office Manager with vast knowledge in sales and web marketing to manage a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Maintain relationship with new and existing clients
  • Meeting clients one on one
  • Report directly to management on sales activities
  • Identify new business areas
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
  • Contact customers via emails and phone calls
  • Face to face interaction with clients
  • Ability to work from home.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Years of Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 year

Requirements:

  • Previous and verifiable experience in sales
  • Outstanding knowledge of industry a plus
  • People management skills

Skills:

  • Strong marketing, managerial and communication skills
  • Vast knowledge of web design and social media marketing
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Must be capable of selling and leading in a fast-paced environment.
  • Networking and Ability to interact with new and existing clients
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Exceptional computer skills

Salary

  • N75,000 plus commission
