Job Description
As a Founder's Associate - Finance,

You will work closely with the founders, to support the core business of our finance department, and all aspects of the company's bookkeeping, financial management, ad-hoc analyses, and some month-end reporting as well as other ad-hoc tasks.
Working in a dynamic and fast-growing tech company, the role requires the individual to be a fast learner and open-minded about evolving finance and administration tasks to support the needs of the company as we grow.
We expect you to be happy to do your daily routines and also show a willingness to learn and take on more advanced tasks as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

Preparing financial projection models.
Processing and preparing financial statements.
Downloading statement of account and upload it on QuickBooks.
Updating financial records, and managing invoices.
Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Monitoring incoming receipts, chasing late payments, and performing credit control.
Maintaining financial records and filing systems, ensuring they are audit-ready.

Requirements
You are a good fit for this role if you have;

Educational background in Accounting or Finance (Not for students).
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting software (E.g. Sage, QuickBooks ZohoBooks).
Good understanding of bookkeeping concepts and solid analytical skills.
Professional certifications such as ACA or AAT will be an added advantage.
