Admin service operations officer

 SDIL 27-May-2015 ₦100,000 - 150,000 LAGOS , Banking and Finance  

SDIL - Our client ,a Finance company with Head office in Yaba,Lagos seeks to fill the positions 

 

 

The duties - 

  •  Recording ,Maintenance,repairs of  the group’s Assets.
  •  Maintenance of generator sets 
  •  Handling PHCN payments and liasing with PHCN on related matters
  •  Maintenance of vendors  register 
  •  Aiding in the revision, development and implementation of policies 
  •  Producing detailed weekly and monthly reports  on operational challenges and  

     progress

  •  Other adhoc duties assigned by HOD

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

BSC in any social science with a miminum of 2nd class

Additional educational degree and further certifications related to the job with be an advantage 

Minimum of 3 years working experience 

Ability to work  outside the box

Eager to learn and work for longer hours 

Proficient in the use of software packages [Excel and Word  

Strategic mindset, strong interpersonal,problem solving skills

 

Salary N80000-N150000 based on experience
