We are recruiting candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Portfolio Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Promote/market client’s products to prospective clients.
- Conduct physical evaluation of potential client's business(es).
- Conduct verification for guarantors as provided by prospective clients.
- Analyze financial data of clients’ businesses.
- Carry out simple analysis of quantitative and qualitative data of client businesses and households.
- Prepare loan documents for Credit Committee to support decision on loan approval.
- Present loan files to Credit Committee for approval and disbursement.
- Enter loan files in the company's MIS.
- Conduct monitoring visits to business and households after disbursement of loans.
- Follow-up on clients to ensure timely repayment of loans.
- Manage loan recovery from active and write-off client to ensure all loans given to clients are recovered.
- Assess the impact of loan on the clients' business before seeking loan renewal.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or other related field.
- 0-2 years working experience
- Employability skills training certification would be an added advantage
