We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communication / Social Media Handler

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage target audiences across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and captions, that align with the brand's aesthetic and voice.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication and social media strategies aligned with Milolars Signature's brand objectives.
Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content.
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to meet brand objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and fashion bloggers to expand the brand's reach and drive user-generated content.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media.
Work closely with other departments to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the social media landscape.
Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize reach and conversions.
Monitor and report on social media trends, insights, and best practices, providing recommendations to enhance the brand's social media presence.
Occasional on-site responsibilities for capturing product and event photography or video content.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3 - 5 years work experience.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, showcasing successful social media and communication campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different audiences.
Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with content creation and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
