Responsibilities
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries & managing databases
- Handling correspondence & arranging appointments
- Liaising with relevant organisations
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of Secretariat studies from any recognise institution
- Interpersonal skills, communication skills, team-working skills, time management, decision making and problem solving skills
