POSITION : Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers orders, enquires and complains through answering phone calls, responding to mails, and other social media platforms.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customers orders, enquiries and complains, and send it through the management reporting system.
- Occasionally be involved in attending to walk-in customers, and going on errands, as required by the CEO.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification
- OND/HND in any field with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
- Must be resident in Ogba, Lagos.
Skills:
- Communication Skills (Oral and Writing)
- Patient
- Able to Listen effectively
- Be Humble
- Possess phone answering skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suit, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to write reports.
Renumeration
20,000 - 25,000 naira.
