Prixair Group - a leading hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels to extended-stay suites. 

POSITION : Baker

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare pastries in accordance with the existent menus;
  • Decorate baked products according to requirements
  • Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes;
  • Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements;
  • Cleans the equipment and utensils and maintains the kitchen clean and in good order for proper functioning.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in any relevant field
  • 2 years of experience
  • Possess a high level of Management skill
  • Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Knowledge of Baking and pastry production and marketing
