POSITION : Baker
Responsibilities
- Create and prepare pastries in accordance with the existent menus;
- Decorate baked products according to requirements
- Inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes;
- Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements;
- Cleans the equipment and utensils and maintains the kitchen clean and in good order for proper functioning.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant field
- 2 years of experience
- Possess a high level of Management skill
- Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Knowledge of Baking and pastry production and marketing
