POSITION : Experienced Office Manager
Responsibilities
When successful, the candidate will:
- Execute on all operational aspects of the office: kitchens, maintenance, shipping, space planning, etc.
- Establish and improve vendor relations (food, janitorial, office supplies, etc.)
- Liaise with property managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of building and space issues
- Identify inefficiencies and create processes and solutions built to scale
- Help plan, support, and execute office events and external conferences
- Handle any and all last minute requests and issues
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or HND or experience in a similar role
- 2-6+ years experience coordinating facilities-related tasks including (but not limited to): IT set up, inventory ordering/ account management, budgeting
- Ability to creatively and efficiently execute against several competing tasks and projects
- Focus on effective teamwork with the capability to thrive in an autonomous environment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively and efficiently support multiple teams within the company
- Highly proficient in Office Suite and Google
- Successfully expanded a team’s office space to help scale their rapid growth
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Dynamic, highly personable, and culturally sensitive
- Superb written and verbal communication
- Dedication, flexibility, transparency, and professionalism
