POSITION : Assistant Customer Care Service Officer
Responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries, carry out banking transactions
Solve customer complaint cases
Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services to premier customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customer
Requirements
Have at least OND
Effective communication and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Cantonese and English, fluent Putonghua is a plus
Willing to work on shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as needed.
Previous experience in financial institution or call center is an advance
Customer-focused approach
Applicant should reside around Bariga Axis.
