Legacy Hotel and Suites  - we are recruiting for professional personnel with excellence customer service skills to join our 5 star hospitality establishment, in the position below:

POSITION : GM Secretary

Requirements

  • Have a good degree from any accredited tertiary institution
  • Have 2 to 3 years relevant(secretarial) working experience
  • Be very conversant with Microsoft Office packages
  • Be very fluent in both spoken and written English language
  • Candidate must be very smart and presentable

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality support to the GM
  • Manages and ensures smooth running of his affairs, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient way.
  • Manages the schedules to enhance effective prioritization of appointment and reschedules where necessary.
  • Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the GM correspondence including calls, emails and post to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
  • Arranges meeting, documents and venues for GM
  • Collects and researches information on assigned matters.
  • Produces reports as assigned by GM
