Job Description

  • A Front Desk Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks at the front desk of an organization.
  • Their main job duties include greeting and welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • They also handle inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
  • Additionally, front desk officers may assist with handling and organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
